All products remain the property of Galleyslave until paid for in full 


Products will be shipped either by courier ( Yodel, Hermes, FedEx) or in the case of small lightweight purchases via Royal Mail. Shipping charges as outlined in the shipping information will apply. For shipping outside the UK a  charges must be obtained and paid prior to shipping. Please call +447831 155016 if you are living outside the UK shipping zones.


Galleyslave guarantees that its goods will be free from defect or damage due to faulty materials, workmanship or manufacturing. This guarantee does not extend to fair wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or mishandling.  


Any irregularities in the design of the dinnerware and the differences between them are part of the production process and should not be considered as a defect.

Polycarbonate products may be scratched if stacked together or washed with abrasive brushes or sponges.



Any shortages or defects must be reported within 5 working days of receipt of the shipment.

All returns must be authorised in advance by Galleyslave and must be shipped pre-paid. All refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management. If you want to return an item please call on 07831 155016 to discuss the options.

You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. Goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging. We will refund the purchase price, but not the cost of shipping. Return shipping must also be paid for by the customer.

If your purchase is faulty (see guarantee above), the full price, including shipping and return shipping will be refunded.
